This role is to join a small busy professional consultancy specialising in improving the energy performance of buildings. You will be working alongside a team of highly knowledgeable engineers on a range of projects.

About the Role
Contribute to business development through maintaining excellent client relationships
Involvement in establishing the Energy and Sustainability requirements.
Work alongside project architects to agree thermal requirements and glazing strategies.
Input of the sustainability strategy at each RIBA Stage to ensure that the principal set are being delivered.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of emerging technologies through continued personal development.
Oversee the production of Sustainability / Energy Calculations
Developing the energy strategy from the inception stages of the project and overseeing energy calculations services all the way through to completion.
Requirements
A strong academic background in environmental, built environment or construction.
The ability to deliver projects in a timely manner
Assisting in the development of the business
High degree of confidence in assessing thermal modelling and dynamic studies, knowledge of BREEAM, SAP, Part O, TM59, SBEM.
The role has a strong opportunity for growth; therefore, you must be adaptable, independent, and ready to take on responsibility.
The role will require travelling as and when required for attendance at offsite meetings or site visits.
