About the Company
Our client, an engineering consultancy are looking for a Senior MEP Revit Technician with experience in building services design. Most of the work will be design for commercial projects, care homes, NHS hospitals (new build and upgrades) and residential both houses and flats. They provide services including design feasibility, surveys, thermal modelling, and regulatory work.
About the Role
You must have proven experience in producing clear, complete & consistent drawings from Revit.
You must be able to model and coordinate MEP services within Revit.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the BIM processes and procedures
Family Modification.
Hold model reviews.
Requirements
Working directly with the engineers you must be able to manage & prioritise you own workload.
You will have practical working experience as a Revit Technician/Coordinator in a Building Services environment and be fully immersed in the world of BIM.
You will have a keen eye for attention to detail, be well organized, methodical, pro-active & self-motivated.
Preferably have experience of scheduling from Revit as well as experience inputting design data into Revit.
Knowledge of BIM protocols would also be beneficial.
Beneficial to have experience of family modifications and running model reviews.
Additional software proficiencies would be beneficial.
