About the Role
Design, manage and supervise projects, establish client brief, technical requirements, scope of works and provide information for cost plans.
Produce drawings and specifications.
Monitoring engineering resource requirement for each project within your control.
Carry out concept design to detailed design through to tender and completion.
Deliver projects within timescale, budget constraints and quality expectations.
Determine the need for and attend project progress meetings.
Maintain client and design team relationships.
Have a strong awareness of Low Carbon design.
Manage projects from inception through to completion.
Requirements
Proven experience as an electrical design engineer within building services.
Experience of a range of different project types.
Knowledge of British Standards.
Excellent communication, presentation and written skills are essential.
