About the Company
Our client is an established Building Services Engineering Consultancy, they work on a wide range of project types and sizes. They have significant experience and expertise within high-rise, high-density and super-prime residential and hotel projects. Their current project portfolio includes projects within the education sector, fast track retail, commercial developments and office fit outs and large master planning projects. The purpose of this role is to support the BIM Manager, Model Manager and Project Lead in the modelling of Mechanical, Electrical & Public health services within a Revit environment. Assisting engineers with the coordination of MEP elements and aiding the production of project deliverables within Revit, right through from the Preliminary stage to Contract Issue.
About the Role
You must have proven experience in producing clear, complete & consistent drawings from Revit.
You must be able to model and coordinate MEP services within Revit.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the BIM processes and procedures.
Minor family modification.
Hold model reviews.
Requirements
Working directly with the engineers & the BIM/Model manager, you must be able to manage & prioritise your own workload.
You will have practical working experience as a Revit Technician/Coordinator in a Building Services environment and be fully immersed in the world of BIM.
You will have a keen eye for attention to detail, be well organized, methodical, pro-active & self-motivated.
Preferably have experience of scheduling from Revit as well as experience inputting design data into Revit.
Knowledge of BIM protocols and BEPs would also be beneficial.
Beneficial to have experience of family modifications and running model reviews.
