About the Role
This employer designs for a range of environments including, bespoke residential, commercial, retail, education, and leisure, with a huge emphasis on sustainability.
Projects undertaken include but aren’t limited to the design and specification of:
Air conditioning
HV and LV distribution
Free cooling
Humidity control
Heating and Ventilation
Steam raising and distribution plant
Water systems and plant
Dust extraction
Heat recovery
Controls and building management systems
Photovoltaics
Heat pumps
Biomass
Rainwater harvesting
Requirements
Have been involved in a range of building services projects
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in M&E / building services design.
At least 2 years current Revit experience.
